Band 2

4 Bedrooms (1.5-2.5 hour slot)

Photos & Floorplan - £200

Band 3

5 + Bedrooms (1.5-3.5 hour slot)

Photos & Floorplan - £100 per hour

Virtual Tour 1-4 bedroom - £50
Virtual tour 5+ bedroom - £75

Drone alone - £100

Digital Floorplan alone - £100

Snippet/Walk through reel for Instagram (i phone) - £50

Travel costs incurred over a 10-mile radius from WF15 @ 50p a mile.

All images are shot in RAW using Nikon Full Frame DSLR cameras, converted to full-size high-resolution Jpegs, edited and uploaded for instant access to download within 48 hours (normally same-day turnaround).
